Miss Graham is one of my favorite author, and this book is one of her best work.
She has a remarkable ability to add emotion to her work and the characters always feel real and there for, believable. In this genre where the heroes always are rich as sin, drop dead gorgeous and impossibly arrogant and the heroines a humble, unworldly tough beautiful,  the plot could become repetitive after sometime, but Miss Graham has her way to tell her story that we believe it could really happen in real life. Although, really.. in reality how many are there gorgeous tycoon who globe trotted the world in his private jet, own homes in several most important cities in the world who also handsome as a devil?.


Fact aside, we are not here to dwell on world's shortage of tall, dark, handsome tycoon, are we ladies?
We are here to fall in love ! :)
So lets meet Roel who married Hilary in contract because he needs to claim his grandfather inheritance,Castello Sabatino, which holds sentimental value to him. Hilary is just an hair dresser in a small hair salon which Roel mistakenly enter. He was impressed by her skill and found himself keep coming back whenever he needs to cut his hair.
When Hilary overheard Roel's  problem with his grandfather's weirder than weird will, she offered to help him by becoming his convenient wife in order to claim Castello Sabatino.
When Roel got an accident and Hilary was called by the hospital, she feel the obliged to take careof him because nobody was there, and because she has a secret which she will never tell Roel, she had fallen in love with him at first sight.


Confession : I read this book 3 times and it still gives me smile and warm feeling all over, this one is really a keep.
I love the spark between Roel and Hilary, their witty, funny conversations, Hilary is just like a pink colored little storm who wreck Roel's black and white world and make it brighter and lovelier..

I read it on the way to and from office-home, in train, and people stare ! :) Not that i mind, i read book for de-stressing much like yoga, but better, as you could do it anytime anywhere, plus you don't need stretchy pants.So if you want some good laugh, grab this book ladies...

I love Nick, he is just so adorable when he tried to say no to Tess for seducing him in public places, and how he help Tess get out the mess she is creating. As for Tess, i wish she is not so angry to everything, after sometime her anger and nastiness to Nick really irritates, good for her to have Gina as her best friend, her simple view in life makes Tess realize that some cause needs sacrifice for, and her love for Nick is definitely on the top list.

And for the extra pleasure, Gina and Park love story in this book is also rather cute. I will surely look for another book by Miss Crusie..
